  • "Margaret saved my life.  She was able to come into my office, which was a disaster and within hours had me on track.  It has taken a few "follow up" sessions to keep me clean, but every session there is great improvement.  Eliminate Chaos' tag line should really be:  'We give you your life back.'"   - Brooks Powell, Powell Homes ...
  • "Erin really took the time to listen and understand my needs. She helped me refine my vision for the space and provided great suggestions and insight. Erin made the process an enjoyable one. Thanks Erin!"

  • "Laura Leist provided our members with common sense techniques on how to organize one's business and personal life in these times of avalanches of information.  We are very appreciative and recommend her as a speaker and workshop facilitator." - Bill Vadino, Executive Director,  Kirkland Chamber of Commerce ...
  • "Laura is very easy to communicate with and she knows how to get to the heart of a project very quickly.  I would highly recommend Laura Leist and Eliminate Chaos to anyone needed organizational or computer-related services, no matter how simple or complex.  Laura's background and experience offers a customer more advantages than one might think.  Thank You Laura!"   - Karen Cassell ...
  • "I wanted to let you know what a fabulous job you did speaking and how much of a pleasure it was to listen to your presentation. I think that office organization is an often overlooked topic, yet poor organization can affect every aspect of your business. Luckily, I was able to pick up some really great tips last night." - Melissa Mellroth, Ruth's Chris Steak House...
  • “Laura’s knowledge of the vast capabilities of Outlook was amazing. I learned more from her in 30 minutes about organizing within Outlook than I had been able to figure out on my own in 10 years.”

  • "I enjoyed working with Margaret and feel good about my office and computer setup.  I particularly liked the way she helped me build on what I already had and was comfortable with, rather than suggesting I start from scratch with an entire new system."   - Laurie Dahahy, Head Start...
  • "We both understand the principles of getting rid of clutter but somehow there was too much inertia to overcome, which in turn blocked any real forward progress. Each time we tried, we would spend several well-intentioned days working through some files and then other issues would emerge to occupy our time.  Consequently, we really did not make sufficient forward progress.

Our thought in hiring Margaret was to leverage her expertise in organizing, but even more, her capacity as a 'coach' to keep us focused on achieving our objective of living without clutter.  That seems a lofty goal, but I can tell you that we are currently living without clutter!   Interestingly, during the process, we discovered that a number of things that really were import...
  • "I got my car in the garage today!!  No more scraping ice off.  I can't thank you enough - you are my hero.  I'm telling everyone about your service." - Kim Gillespie ...
  • " I was at Denise's delivering product and heard a great compliment that I wanted to share with you.  One of the gentlemen installing cabinet hardware told Denise that based on what the inside of her office cabinets and drawers looked like 'Martha Stewart would be envious of her organizational skills.'   Denise told him all about you and told him that you were very talented and had been a great help to her." - Jill Turner- Willox, Designer ...

Cheryl's Delighted Clients

Cheryl has just started but we know clients will love her and will have lots more to say soon!

Cheryl joined Eliminate Chaos in 2011 after several years with the Bellevue College Interior Design Program.  It was here that she kept the product/resource library running efficiently and well organized.  She is an alumnus of the Bellevue College Interior Design Program where she studied art, architecture, commercial and residential design. Throughout her studies and while managing the resource library, she learned the value of selecting the proper materials for a project relating to function, sustainability and aesthetics.

One of Cheryl’s many passions is planning, remodeling, and organizing spaces, for clients, friends and in her own home.  During the past few years, she has helped her parents “age in place” in their Seattle home which has been an educational opportunity for Cheryl, while her parents have benefited from her design and organizational skills.  Her passion for organization goes hand in hand with her design skills.  She believes that "good design does not survive in clutter."

Cheryl has over a decade of visual merchandising and retail management experience along with a strong belief that stellar customer service should be the norm, not the exception.  She looks forward to working with you on your organizing projects to create beautifully designed, high functioning spaces.  In the process you will experience her exceptional commitment to customer service and communication along the way.

When Cheryl is not busy picking out new paint colors for the walls, laying tile, reorganizing the junk drawer or labeling bins in the garage, she loves to spend time traveling with her husband or having a girl’s weekend away anywhere it is sunny and warm.  She has two grown children, and is looking forward to someday becoming a grandmother, but she is in no rush.
